Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
● Quantity Estimation.
● Calculating material (Steel, PC Wire, Chemical, Strips for Cable tray, Earthing Terminals, Cement, Sand, Crush quantity.
● Rate analysis of Precast Transoms & Girders.
● Checking Sub-contractors bills.
● Preparing BOQ.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
● Rate analysis of Sub Activities.
● Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.
● Technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Infrastructure, & material Invoices etc.
● Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
● Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
● Preparation of Request for Inspection and Testing reports and, other Control records.
● Check if the projects are within the plans and specifications during the implementations and procurements.
● Manage the Subcontractors in their works and, ensure that the Standards and Quality is performed.
● Check and verify revised drawings of the project structures.
● Supervises, evaluates and, estimates for the construction of project.
● Prepare daily and weekly schedule and progress accomplishments reports.

● Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.
● Rate analysis of Sub Activities.
● Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.
● Technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, & material Invoices etc.
● Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
● Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
● Preparing Certificate of Payment.
● Getting Approval from the Client.
● Reading drawings and taking out quantities.
● Attend meeting with consultant and client.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
● Reading drawings and taking out quantities.

● Making Progress Report.
